Our Instructor — Samantha

Samantha is a certified meditation, breathwork, and movement instructor who supports people in reconnecting with a calmer, more grounded way of being.

Integrating practices such as yoga, Qigong, and mindfulness, she offers simple, effective tools to help regulate the nervous system and navigate the demands of a full and fast-paced life.

Her approach is gentle, supportive, and practical—guiding without pressure, and creating space to slow down, restore balance, and shift from constant doing into simply being.
